Chorley Leaves For Portsmouth

Stevenage have confirmed that Ben Chorley has now completed a move to Richie Barkers' Portsmouth.

The 31 year old defender has moved to the South Coast on a free transfer.

He joined us from Leyton Orient on deadline day last January window (2013) and has since gone to make 14 appearances for the club having been seriously held back by injuries during his time with us.

He has made six appearances so far in 2013-14, making his first appearance of the season in the game against Swindon back on December 10th in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy and he last figured in our loss to Oldham back on January 11th where he picked up a red card for his troubles.
