Akins Moves To Burton Albion

Having been made available for transfer earlier this month by the club, having expressed a desire to seek a new challenge, an acceptable offer has been received from Burton Albion for 25 year old Lucas Akins.

The sum offered was five figures, but remains undisclosed by the club.

The player made a total of 86 appearances in his time at The Lamex, scoring 14 goals.

His new contract at the Pirelli Stadium will likely begin on July 1st.
